Who is Rod Staats? My real name may not be familiar but you may have heard my voice before. I had a wonderful 34 year radio career in Columbus as 'Ric Knight', my radio name on Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5, Q-FM 96, T100, K95 & 92.3 WCOL (Buckeye Bill Tanner). A few years ago, I could have continued with my radio career out of state but I made a choice to change careers so that I could stay with my son. Pickerington has been our home for the past 11 years. Transitioning from a career in radio to real estate just made sense for me. I take great pride in the relationships I've built over the years on the radio, in the public and now as a Realtor. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience.
